Sledding

Yesterday I took the boys down the street to the high school were there is a steep little hill. It was long and steep enough for them to have a good ride down, but not too steep or high of a hike that they couldn't do it. It was perfect. They got these orange disc for Santa and had a great time sledding down the hill in them, they worked great! We must have been out there for over an hour. Dustin slept in the car for the half of the time, the rest of the time he just hung out in the nice warm car smiling and watching the boys go down the hill. We are enjoying all this snow, we just hope it stays for a little while.

He though he was pretty cool laying on his back going down head first.
Dustin chillin in the car while his brothers are sledding.

Hunter going off the jump he made.

Wyatt going backwards again, this time sitting up.

Catching big air.

He would lay his disc down on the snow and then run and jump on it to go down the hill.

Hunter made it all the way down the hill standing on the disc. He's amazing.

1st Day of Snow

We finally got our first snow fall on Christmas evening. It snowed the whole next day, so of course the boys had to go out and play in it. The snow was very fine and not wet so they were not able to build a snowman, it just wouldn't stick. But that didn't stop a snowball fight, or spraying the snow different colors, or making snow angels or snow cones. We love to play in the snow, but I do NOT like driving in it.

Christmas Day

We spent most of our Christmas day at home. Hunter got a new bike from Santa, and Wyatt a Batman Cave, and Dustin got some baby toys. Around 4pm we went to Grandma Sandi's house to spend the rest of the evening with the family there, and for a delicious dinner which included ham loafs (yum yum, I want some now that I am remembering how delicious they were). I didn't take any pictures which we were there, so I'll have to get some from Grandma Sandi. It wasn't too eventful of a day other then hanging out with family. It was a laid back Christmas, which I loved.

Hunter made us these coasters

Dustin loved the vibrations that this toy made.

Hunter brought his bike with us to Grandma Sandi's house and didn't want it stole, so he locked it to my door handle. Funny kid.

Hunter gave this reindeer to Dustin, which he was so excited to give him, and Dustin loves to chew on it.
