Ward Trunk-or-Treat

We had a great time as usual at our wards Trunk-or-Treat. There was a lot yummy cornbread and chili and tons of pies and desserts. The boys had a fun time playing all the games and especially trunk or treating.

The boys LOVE each other so much. Even though every now and then Wyatt beats up Hunter, they sure do play really well together. This morning they were having fun wrestling in bed and playing peek-a-boo with the blankets.

This year for Halloween Hunter and Wyatt are Batman and Robin. Hunter can't wait to take Wyatt Trick-or-Treating. We are also excited for Halloween because cousins Kendyl and Ryker will be here to Trick-or-Treat with them.

Our Soccer Star

Not to brag, but Hunter is really good at soccer, he is one of the best ones on his team. This past Saturday he scored a goal from the half way line, he calls it his super kicks.

Grandpa Ken, Our Favorite Cowboy

Last Friday night we went our to the arena where Grandpa Ken rides (cow sorting). We had a great time watching grandpa Ken chase the cows. He is really good and has won quite a few belt buckles (those are trophy's in cowboy world). Hunter was a little nervous around all the crazy cows, but Wyatt loved it and wanted to get in there and play with them.

Coyote Hunters

Tyson's cousin Wayne came to visit this past weekend, and slept outside on the trampoline hunting coyotes.

1 year check up

So today Wyatt had his 1 year check up and he weighs 20lbs 2 oz, and 32.5 inches long. He is in the 80th % for height, and 8% for weight, he head is now in the 50%. He got 3 shots in the leg, poor baby, oh and he has ANOTHER ear infection. If he get one more ear infection in the next 3 months they said they will put tubes in his ears.

Elk Success

Here are a few pictures of Tyson's latest kill. It is a 6 by 6 horned elk that he shot in Utah. Yeah elk meat!!!

This past Saturday we had a campfire with Morgan, Dani and Molly out at Grandma Sandi's house. It was a little chilly outside but the fire and hot dogs kept us nice and warm.

Midnight Killing

Tyson was packing for his hunting trip at midnight when he heard two raccoons in the walnut tree. He comes and tells me, but at that time I could care less since I was sleeping. Then he comes in at 1:30am and says, get your camera. So needless to say these are not the greatest pictures since I was practically asleep when I took them. He shot the raccoon with a bow and arrow, it was huge!

Boy in the Oven

Wyatt loves to get in the oven, thank goodness it has never been on while he climbed in. He also likes to stand on the oven door and see everything on the counter tops.
