Baptism on Saturday

This Saturday coming up (September 1st), Hunter is getting baptized. Tyson and I are so happy and proud of him for choosing on his own to be baptized a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. And we are all really excited to see the Grandma's and Grandpa's that are coming from California, and the Aunt's and Uncle's and Cousins from Utah. This is going to be a special weekend, and to top it off Dustin will be blessed in church on Sunday. We love our boys!

Hunter's 8th Birthday

For Hunter's 8th birthday he wanted to have a fishing party. So we took Hunter and his friends out to Dierek's Lake to go fishing. Each boy caught at least one fish, hunter caught 2 blue gill and 1 large mouth bass. Hunter has dirt worm cupcakes for his birthday cake, which he helped make. After we sang Happy Birthday and ate the yummy cupcakes Hunter opened his presents. Then the boys had a water balloon toss, we turned into a water balloon fight. They did a little bit more fishing and then it was time to take the boys home. Everyone had a great time, and Hunter had an awesome day filled with friends, fishing, presents and fun.

Wyatt's 4th Birthday

On Friday August 24th Wyatt turned 4 years old. He wanted to have a superhero party. So he invited a few friends from church and when they showed up they each got to pick a superhero cape. While we were waiting for all the boys to get here the ones that were here colored coloring pages of spiderman and captain america. The boys had so much fun playing pin the web on spiderman, save the city from the falling rock (aka keep the balloons in the air). Then we went outside and they had to spray the green goblin (Hunter) with their webs (a can of silly string). Then Wyatt opened he presents which he loved EVERYTHING he got, and then we had spiderman cake. After his friends went home he changed into his spiderman costume along with his spiderman cape and decided to climb the wall by his bunk bed. Well, he fell and landed face first on his lego table a busted his chin open in a deep little half circle. He doctor's office was busy for the last hour of their day, so they sent us to the ER. We walked in a 4pm, they glued his cut shut (SOOOO much better then stitches like they did last time he split his chin open) and we were back in the car heading home at 4:40pm. I love living in a small town. It was so nice outside that day we decided to go to rock creek park for a walk (Wyatt rode his buzz bike), and of course do a little fishing. It was a fun filled day full of excitement.

Our past 2 weeks

Here are few pictures from the past 2 weeks. Nothing exciting really, just our everyday kind of life. Dustin is growing and getting bigger just like Hunter and Wyatt. And we ALL can't wait for school to start September 4th (hurry please).

Today was Dustin's first day to church. He did pretty good except during sacrament meeting I had to take him out cause he was crying, but the rest of the time he did great.
